Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Robust hands-on experience with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Deep understanding of Django ORM internals and query optimization.
- Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Strong expertise in database indexing, normalization, query execution plans, and performance tuning.
- Experience with caching solutions such as Redis or Memcached.
- Familiarity with asynchronous processing and background task systems.
- Strong understanding of scalable backend architecture and software design patterns.
