- Embed sustainability into core shop floor processes—not as a parallel agenda, but a value engine N

- Energy cost reduction N
- Digital enablement of circular business operations N
- Carbon emissions reduction across Scope 1, 2, 3 (and beyond) N
- Digital enablement of carbon emissions avoidance N
- Digital acceleration ofsustainable product innovation N
- Enhancing Sustainable Business revenue N




- Leverage digital and Industry 4.0 capabilities (IoT, advanced analytics, MES/ERP integration) to scale impact N
- Partner closely with executive leadership to drive governance, alignment, and delivery N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- 10+ years' experience in transformation, operations, or manufacturing leadership N
- Solid background in discrete manufacturing (automotive, industrial equipment, engineering) N
- Proven track record of delivering board-sponsored transformation programs N
- Hands-on experience working in shop floor environments N
- Expertise in: N
- Sustainability / decarbonization in manufacturing N
- Digital platform development and implementation N
- Innovation and multi-party transformation anchorage N
- Digital manufacturing /Industry 4.0 N
- Ability to bridge strategy and execution with credibility at both plant and board level N
