NWe are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager with a strong background in Cloud based Software development using C# & Java to lead and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. The Software Engineering Manager, is an integral part of the H&P; India Software Engineering Group and will successfully and consistently plan, execute, monitor, and deliver impactful and strategically aligned projects at Helmerich & Payne. The Software Engineering Manager partners with the Electrical & Controls, Product Management, IT Infrastructure & Digital Operations teams to determine strategic direction and communicate that to all key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Collaborate with Product Management, Electrical Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Operations, and other technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions. N
- Provide technical and people leadership to a team of experienced R&D; Software Engineers responsible for developing, testing, and deploying high-quality enterprise software products and systems using technologies such as C#, Java, and cloud platforms including Kubernetes, GCP, and Microsoft Azure. N
- Apply robust understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), programming concepts, and technical dependencies to make informed engineering and delivery decisions. N
- Promote innovation by Identify, evaluate new technologies and drive adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-powered software development tools, automation, and productivity improvements to enhance engineering effectiveness. N
- Partner with architectsand senior engineers to define and evolve software architecture that enables scalability, maintainability, reliability, and rapid delivery of future capabilities. N
