nMIT University is looking for a motivated and student-focused education counselor to join the admissions team. The role involves counselling prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about academic programs, and supporting the admission process while achieving enrolment targets.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunitiesn
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.n
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions by effective follow-upsn
- Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face counselling sessionsn
- Assist students throughout the admission and documentation processn
- Maintain accurate records in CRM / lead management systemsn
- Participate in education fairs, seminars,



and promotional eventsn
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targetsn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications:

- n
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any disciplinen
- Any 6 months or more of experience in education counselling, admissions, or salesn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsn
- Ability to build trust and guide students effectivelyn
- Target-driven and result-oriented approachn
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsn
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi preferredn
