nJob description:
n• Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
n• Deep understanding of MCPs, ReAct, Tree of Thought, and AutoGPT-style reasoning.
n• Hands-on with Python, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, Vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
n• Experience with A2A orchestration, agent memory strategies, and tool calling.
n• Proven integration experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
n• Familiarity with SRE/observability tools such as BigPanda, Datadog, Grafana, or New Relic.
n• Robust grasp of enterprise architecture, data governance,



and security protocols.
n• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
n

nNice-to-Have Skills:
n• BFSI domain expertise, especially in Capital Markets, Banking, Risk, or Compliance.
n• Experience with agent simulation environments, digital twins, or multi-agent reinforcement learning.
n• Knowledge of LLMOps, agent observability, and feedback loops.
n• Familiarity with Azure AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI.
n• Certifications: TOGAF, Azure/AWS Architect, AI/ML Specializations, UiPath Advanced Developer.
n• Exposure to Graph-based reasoning, Knowledge Graphs, or Semantic Search.
