n1. Solution Architecture & Design

- Define end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Marketing and Sales ecosystems, including:n
- Sales Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketing Cloud (if applicable)n
- Customer data flows, segmentation, and campaign orchestrationn
- Design scalable, reusable, and modular solutions aligned to enterprise architecture standardsn
- Ensure high performance, security, and data integrity across systemsn

n2. Business & Stakeholder Alignment
n
- n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, CX teams) to:n
- Understand goals such as lead generation, conversion optimization, pipeline accelerationn




- Translate business objectives into solution blueprints with measurable KPIsn
- Provide architectural recommendations that maximize ROI (e.g., campaign efficiency, conversion uplift, cost optimization)n

n3. Salesforce Platform Expertise

- Lead design across:n
- Lead lifecycle management (Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity)n
- Campaign management & attribution modelsn
- Marketing automation journeysn
- Ensure best practices for:n
- Data model design (Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, Custom Objects)n
- Data quality, deduplication, and governancen
- Role hierarchy, sharing, and security modeln
- 4. Integration & Data Architecturen
- Architect integrations with:n
- External systems (CDP, ERP, Web platforms)n

nQualification & Certification:
