NWe are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Service Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM Service. The ideal candidate should have experience in implementation, enhancements, configuration, and production support for CRM Service processes.
NKey Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP CRM Service processes. N
- Work on service requests, service orders, service confirmations, and service contracts. N
- Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions. N
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support projects. N
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers. N
- Perform SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare activities. N
- Integrate SAP CRM with ECC/S4 and other SAP modules. N

- 7+ years of SAP CRM Service experience. N
- Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation. N
- Hands-on experience in enhancement and support projects. N
- Robust configuration knowledge in SAP CRM Service. N
- Experience in functional documentation and testing. N
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills. N
