Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for an Image Consultant and Soft Skill Trainer. The Image Coach should be available minimum 4 days in a week. The role involves conducting individual and group sessions on image management, style, and personal branding, tailored to the needs of diverse clients.



The professional will design and deliver soft skills training programs, including communication, interpersonal skills, and professional etiquette, aligned with IPIM’s standards. Daily responsibilities include assessing client needs, preparing training materials and presentations, providing constructive feedback, and tracking developmental progress.

The role involves delivering and coordinating Employability Enhancement Programs across various colleges. The assigned responsibilities will include:
- Personal Branding – Helping students build and communicate a strong personal brand.
- Communication Skills – Enhancing verbal, non-verbal, and professional communication.
- Corporate Etiquette – Developing skilled behaviour, workplace etiquette, and overall presence.
- Resume Building – Guiding students in creating effective, industry-ready resumes.
