Role Summary

Our client, a premier IT services and consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by managing the complete sales lifecycle for Cloud, Data, DevOps, and AI-led services. With 10–15 years of experience in IT services sales, you will focus on demand generation, enterprise client engagement, and closing high-value B2B deals across global markets (US, Europe, and UK). You will work closely with the founders, leadership, and technical teams to deliver customized solutions. This role also plays a key part in building strategic partnerships and strengthening our client’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle:



prospecting → discovery → proposal negotiation → closure.
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline for services including:
- Cloud & DevOps
- Data Engineering
- Gen-AI & AI Agents
- Application Modernization
- Drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

2. Marketing & Demand Generation
- Work with leadership to define and execute a sales & marketing strategy.
- Drive outbound campaigns using:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo / Email sequences
- Upwork, Clutch, and partner referrals
- Collaborate on content-led marketing initiatives:
- Case studies
- Whitepapers
- Website content
- LinkedIn thought leadership posts
- Track campaign performance and continuously optimize lead quality.

3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospects.
