KEY PURPOSE OF YOUR ROLE:
Manager, Data Engineering, BI Data & Reporting & Analytics role is responsible for managing and mentoring a team of analysts & data engineers, including team leadership, workload allocation, performance management,



coaching and stakeholder management. This role will also be responsible for implementing and supporting the Snowflake and Power BI solution as well as the implementation and support of the Enterprise Data Warehouse solution for Kontoor. As part of this role, the individual will execute Kontoor’s reporting strategy, application analysis, design, development, integration, enhancement, maintenance and support for the delivery of BI reporting & analytics by working closely with SAP and non-SAP Functional Leads / Analysts to understand the functional requirements that drive the technical design of high quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies, and are in compliance with the organization’s architectural standards; and receiving guidance from BI leadership team.
