- Generate new customer leads through field activities.n
- Meet prospective customers.n
- Explain insurance products according to customer requirements.n
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.n
- Build long-term customer relationships.n
- Maintain daily sales reports.n
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.n

n Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Minimum Education: Intermediate (10+2 passed) or equivalent qualification. Graduate degrees are preferred.n
- Experience Level: 0 to 8 years of experience. Prior experience in sales advantageous but not mandatory.n
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and active listening capabilities.n
- Functional Competencies: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.n
