We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Manager to support our continued growth in Mumbai, India. This role is ideal for an ambitious freight forwarding professional with a strong network of direct shippers and BCOs, a proven track record in business development, and a passion for winning current business.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and winning direct shipper and BCO accounts across strategic trade lanes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal preparation,



negotiation, and contract closure.
- Grow and develop existing accounts to maximize customer retention, shipment volume, and profitability.
- Achieve and exceed revenue, volume, and margin targets while contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
- Stay informed on market trends, carrier developments, and trade lane opportunities.

What We're Looking For
- Proven success in freight forwarding sales, particularly within Ocean Freight and Air Freight.
- An established network of direct shippers and BCOs in the Mumbai market and across India.
- Strong knowledge of international trade lanes, carrier solutions, and logistics market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate commercial agreements, and close profitable business.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and highly self-motivated.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
