? About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced Associate Director – Salesforce Technical to provide technical leadership and end-to-end delivery oversight for enterprise Salesforce programs.

This is a senior leadership prospect for a highly experienced Salesforce professional with strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, engineering delivery, Agile methodologies, DevOps, technical project management, stakeholder management, and people leadership.

In this role, you will lead Salesforce engineering teams, oversee end-to-end project delivery, drive technical excellence, and ensure Salesforce solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and business objectives.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Technical Architects,



developers, administrators, and QA teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

? What You’ll Do

Project & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality targets are met.
- Own sprint planning, release management, and delivery governance processes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and overall team performance.
- Monitor and report delivery performance, project outcomes, milestones, and key metrics to senior leadership.

Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, QA engineers, and technical resources.
- Conduct performance reviews and establish skill development and career growth plans.
- Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and capability development.
