We are looking for a customer-focused Personal Banker to handle international clients, resolve queries, and provide personalized banking support across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service through voice and digital channels.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Collections teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of customer transactions.
- Follow all regulatory requirements, banking policies, and compliance guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and digital capabilities.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in International Voice Process / Banking / BFSI.
- Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and customer service processes.
- Comfortable working in international/rotational shifts.
