Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Architect with strong expertise in Selenium Automation, Java Framework Development, Test Automation Architecture, and Banking Domain Testing.





The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale automation frameworks from scratch, driving automation strategy, implementing CI/CD integrations, and enabling automation governance across large banking transformation programs.

This role requires a solid blend of technical architecture expertise, automation strategy, banking domain knowledge, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities to drive end-to-end automation excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Architecture & Framework Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium and Java.
- Define automation architecture standards, coding standards, and best practices.
- Develop reusable automation components and utilities to improve productivity.
- Drive framework enhancements to support enterprise banking applications.
- Ensure framework scalability, maintainability, and execution efficiency.
- Establish automation governance
