Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced BSA Operations Technical Analyst to support the transformation and digitization of balance-sheet reconciliation and manual journal processes through the BlackLine SaaS platform.

The role involves BlackLine system administration, configuration, user-access management, workflow support, master-data management, reporting and operational troubleshooting, along with collaboration across Finance, Controls, GBS and Technology teams.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of BlackLine, SAP FI-CO and finance processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system and operational solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain and configure the BlackLine platform based on business and operational requirements.
- Manage system settings, user profiles, permissions and access controls.
- Maintain BlackLine master data,



including Chart of Accounts and mapping tables.
- Configure and support reconciliation workflows, including in-transit runs.
- Perform audits and validation checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity.
- Support balance-sheet reconciliation and manual journal processes.
- Monitor system/process compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and security standards.
- Develop and maintain management reports and KPIs covering reconciliation status, outstanding actions and process efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to BlackLine users.
- Analyse operational issues, identify root causes and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across GBS, Finance, Controls and Technology.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and operational efficiency.
- Manage multiple priorities and support changing business requirements.
