Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional outreach and student engagement strategies across East India.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with schools, colleges, universities, education partners, community organisations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute seminars, workshops, career fairs, admission days, institutional visits, student information sessions, and other outreach activities.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and business development teams to ensure effective lead management and follow-up after outreach activities.
- Monitor international education market developments, student preferences, visa-related developments, competitor activity, and emerging destination trends.
- Manage outreach calendars, event timelines, participation requirements, logistics, promotional materials, and stakeholder communication.
- Track leads, student participation, institutional engagement, conversions, and campaign outcomes.
- Prepare periodic reports, presentations, and performance analyses for management.




- Travel within East India as required for institutional meetings, events, student engagement activities, and partnership development.

Qualifications and Experience
- A master’s degree or MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, International Relations, or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in student recruitment, international education, institutional outreach, education consulting, community engagement, business development, or education marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in handling and engaging with prospective students and their families.
- Strong understanding of the international education market and current study-destination trends.
- Familiarity with major international study destinations such as Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, Current Zealand, and Europe.
