ER Leader (Assistant Vice President)
- Lead employee relations function for organization in India.
- Manage & investigate employee grievances, workplace issues and mediate disputes.
- Provide advice, guidance and coaching to Managers, HR Business Partners and the wider HR community on a wide range of Employee Relations issues.
- Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of employees.
- Contribute to the development, refresh and implementation of policies and procedures in line with current employment legislation, labor market trends and the Employee Value Proposition.
- Looking for 10+ years of experience in HR including ER and HR compliance with strong knowledge of labour laws like POSH, Maternity advantages, Standing orders etc.
- Also, open to HRBPs with experience managing Employee Relations / sensitive case management.
- Candidate should have expertise and exposure in dealing with compliance related matters, anti-discrimination, bullying, workplace harassment and cross culture sensitivities
