ABOUT THE ROLE

Malsons is a diversified entertainment and investment group operating across music, media, culture and venture investments. As the group enters its next phase of growth, we are building the Office of the Founder & CEO and are looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder & CEO. This role sits at the centre of the organisation and turns priorities, decisions and strategic conversations into disciplined execution.

This is not an Executive Assistant role. We are looking for a commercially minded operator - a doer who combines judgment, structure and relentless follow-through.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO across strategic and operational priorities.
- Translate meetings and conversations into transparent decisions, owners, timelines and follow-ups.
- Maintain visibility across critical initiatives spanning Malsons and its portfolio of businesses.




- Drive accountability and follow-through across senior leadership and internal teams.
- Prepare concise briefing notes, decision memos and meeting pre-reads.
- Coordinate complex commercial negotiations and strategic projects alongside Legal, Finance and relevant business teams.
- Track key partnerships, investments, transactions and growth initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional projects that require coordination across multiple businesses.
- Identify bottlenecks, escalate issues intelligently and proactively drive resolution.
- Establish and manage the operating rhythm and priority dashboard of the Founder's Office.
- Ensure the Founder's time and attention remain focused on the highest-impact priorities.
- Represent the Founder's Office internally and, where appropriate, with external stakeholders.
- Handle highly confidential business and strategic information with exceptional discretion.
