We are seeking an experienced IRM Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, design, implementation, and transformation initiatives while ensuring scalable and best-practice ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow IRM implementation programs.
- Define solution architecture, platform strategy, and integration approaches.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Provide technical leadership during implementation and deployment.
- Drive governance, standards, and best practices across ServiceNow engagements.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
- Mentor implementation teams and conduct architecture reviews.
Required Skills
- 5-15 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow IRM / GRC Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with:
- ServiceNow Risk Management
- Policy & Compliance Management
- Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Audit Management
- Robust ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Experience in solution design and architecture governance.
- Integration and data model design expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow CIS-RC (Risk & Compliance)
- ServiceNow CIS-TPRM (Third Party Risk Management)
- ServiceNow CSA
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus
