Role Description The Tele-caller – Software role at Adviacent is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi. The individual in this role will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and explain Adviacent’s software, backup, and cloud service offerings. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, presenting relevant solutions, answering product-related questions, and recording call details and outcomes in the internal system.



The role involves coordinating follow-ups, scheduling demos or meetings for the technical and sales teams, and maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach in every interaction. The Tele-caller will collaborate closely with sales and support staff to ensure accurate information is shared and potential leads are effectively nurtured.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain software and IT service concepts over the phone.
- Basic understanding of IT services such as software solutions, data backup, cloud services, and email security, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in maintaining call logs, updating CRM or lead management tools, and following structured calling scripts when required.
- Customer service orientation, including active listening, problem-solving, and handling inquiries in a calm and qualified manner.
