About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through various channels including digital leads, referrals, channel partners, and personal networks.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project walkthroughs for prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer information in CRM.




- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and payment processes.
- Stay updated on property inventory, pricing, offers, competitors, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of brokers, channel partners, and referral sources.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable conducting site visits and meeting clients.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
