Role Overview

Khaitan India Ltd. is looking for an aggressive, high-caliber State Sales Head to direct overall business operations, distribution expansion, and revenue generation across Tamil Nadu.

Mandatory Requirement: This opening is strictly reserved for sales leaders with 14–16 years of core experience in Ceiling Fans, Home Appliances, and LED Lighting. Candidates from outside these product categories will not be considered.

The incumbent will have complete P&L; and operational accountability for the state, driving primary and secondary targets, mentoring regional Area Sales Managers, and deepening penetration across traditional electrical trade, appliance dealer networks, and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & P&L; Leadership:



Formulate and execute state-level sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed primary and secondary sales targets (value and volume) across all product categories.
- Network Expansion & Channel Health: Scout, appoint, and nurture solid distributors, super-stockists, and direct dealer networks across urban, semi-urban, and rural Tamil Nadu.
- Credit & Commercial Discipline: Oversee distributor billing cycles, enforce credit policies, minimize outstanding dues, and optimize distributor ROI to ensure healthy trade relations.
- Sales Force Leadership: Manage, mentor, and track Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Territory Managers, and field sales teams across Tamil Nadu, ensuring high retail beat coverage and sales per rep productivity.
- Trade Schemes & Brand Presence: Design and implement competitive dealer incentive schemes, festive promotions, and retail visibility drives to increase counter-share and secondary pull.
- Depot & Supply Chain Oversight: Partner with regional C&F; depots and corporate logistics to ensure balanced inv
