Analyst Role and responsibilities:

* Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company
policies and procedures.

* Conduct 2-way and 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving
documents.

* Verify vendor statements and reconcile discrepancies.

* Prepare and process payment runs, including checks, wire transfers, and
electronic payments.

* Maintain vendor records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

* Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.

* Assist in month-end closing activities,



including accruals and
reconciliations.

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues
related to invoices or payments.

* Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

* Prepare and analyze reports related to accounts payable activities.

* Assist in periodic vendor reconciliation processes.

Technical and Functional Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

* Experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, and 2-way/3-way matching.

* Robust knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems will be an added advantage.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

* Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks
effectively.

* Good communication skills to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
