Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Developer & Incident Management Specialist with strong experience in ServiceNow development, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), workflow automation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve day-to-day incidents, service requests, and tickets raised through the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide L2 support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD solutions and employee lifecycle workflows.
- Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, service catalog items, and Service Portal components.
- Automate HR and business processes through ServiceNow workflow development.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Support integrations, enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements.

Mandatory Skills
- 4 to 15 years of overall experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow expertise.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery).
- Strong ServiceNow development experience including workflow customization and automation.
- Experience developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, employee lifecycle processes, or HR workflow automation.
- Experience handling incidents, service requests, and production support activities.
- Positive understanding of ITSM processes.
- Strong scripting and configuration knowledge within ServiceNow.
