nExperience: 10 years to 17 years

nMust-Have:
nVMware vSphere 6.0 and above
n
- n
- Should have good understanding on ESXi Build, Patch, Updates and Upgrade Processn
- Should have valuable understanding on vCenter Build, Patch, Updates and Upgrade Processn
- Should have understanding on Firmware Upgrade processn
- Should have understanding on Server build and decommission processn
- Should have understanding on vMotion, HA, DRS and FT.n
- Should have knowledge on the VCF.n
- Should have knowledge on the vROP and vLoginsight.n

nWindows Server 2012 or Later
n
- n
- Should have good understanding on installing physical server and doing all the configurations, pre-build and post build.n
- Practical experience in administering and managing MS Windows platformsn
- Should know firmware updates and management process.n
- Should be aware of patching, antivirus, vulnerability, server hardening, and monitoring toolsn
- Azure Cloud, Azure HCI knowledge add advantage.n

nKey Responsibilities:

nVMware / Virtualization Administration
n
- n
- Install, configure, and manage VMware vSphere components (ESXi, vCenter Server)n
- Provision, configure, and maintain virtual machines (VMs) based on business requirementsn
- Perform VM lifecycle management (creation, modification, migration, decommissioning)n
- Manage clusters, resource pools, HA, DRS, and vMotionn
- Monitor VMware environment performance, health, and capacityn
- Troubleshoot issues related to ESXi hosts, VMs, storage, and networkingn
- Apply patches, updates, and upgrades to VMware componentsn
- Plan and implement capacity management and performance tuningn
- Support backup and recovery solutions (VM snapshots, VM-level backups)n
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readinessn
- Maintain VMware documentation and architecture diagramsn
