Job Description
Role: Quantity Surveyor (Pre & Post Sales Support)
1. Working knowledge of Acad.
2. Cost Estimation and Planning: Preparing detailed cost estimates for interior fitout projects - including materials, labor, and equipment.
3. Budget Management: Monitoring and managing project budgets, ensuring that the project stays within the financial parameters.
4. Cost Control: Tracking ongoing costs and managing cost variations as the project progresses.
5. Valuation of Work Done: Assessing the value of work completed for payment purposes, preparing payment claims, and ensuring contractors are paid according to agreed milestones.
6. Dispute Resolution: Assisting in resolving contractual disputes, including dealing with claims for additional payment or project delays.
