About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented *Inside Sales Executive* to join our growing sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their business requirements, presenting our software products, scheduling demos, following up with prospects, and helping convert opportunities into customers.

You will primarily work on selling our SaaS and enterprise software solutions.
Key Responsibilities

* Generate and qualify leads through *cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and online enquiries*
* Contact potential customers and introduce our software solutions
* Understand customer business requirements and identify the right product/solution
* Schedule and coordinate product demos with interested prospects
* Conduct basic product presentations and demonstrations after training




* Follow up consistently with leads until closure
* Maintain lead information, follow-ups and activities in CRM
* Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
* Send proposals, quotations and product information to prospects
* Work closely with the management and technical team during the sales process
* Achieve monthly lead generation, demo and sales conversion targets
* Research potential companies and target industries for outbound sales
* Re-engage old leads and identify recent business opportunities
Candidate Profile

* *0–2 years of experience* in Inside Sales, Business Development, Tele-Sales, SaaS Sales or B2B Sales
* Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are also welcome
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers and senior professionals
* Confident in making outbound calls and following up with prospects
