About the Role – HR Intern (Generalist Profile)

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern eager to gain comprehensive hands-on experience in HR Generalist functions.

This internship will allow you to work across multiple HR domains — from recruitment and onboarding to payroll coordination, company policy structuring, and employee engagement. You’ll work closely with the HR team and management to help shape our people processes in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.




Support in maintaining employee records, attendance, and payroll-related data.
Contribute to drafting and implementing HR policies and internal procedures.
Assist in performance evaluation processes and employee feedback collection.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
Help maintain compliance documents and coordinate with other departments.
Prepare HR reports, databases, and documentation as required.

Who Can Apply

Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools.
Solid willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic startup setup.
