n About the Role
nWe're looking for a Senior Testing Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts across our software products. You'll design test strategies, build automation frameworks, and work closely with development teams to ensure we ship reliable, high-quality software. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical testing skills with the ability to mentor others and influence engineering practices.

n Key Responsibilities

- n
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites (UI, API, integration, and regression)n
- Define test strategies and test plans for current features and major releasesn
- Perform manual exploratory testing for complex or high-risk areasn
- Identify, document, and track defects; work with developers to reproduce and resolve issuesn
- Set up and maintain CI/CD test pipelines in collaboration with DevOpsn
- Conduct performance, load, and security testing as neededn
- Review requirements and design documents to identify testability gaps earlyn
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices across teamsn
- Analyze test metrics and coverage to continuously improve quality processesn
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the SDLC.n
