Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru or Kochi.



This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients in the executive search and recruitment space. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, managing client outreach, conducting meetings and presentations, and building long-term relationships with corporate partners. .
