Position: Regional Sales Head

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and commercially strong Regional Sales Head to own the overall business growth and performance of the designated region. The role will be responsible for regional P&L; ownership, revenue growth, new business acquisition, strategic account expansion, and leadership of the regional sales team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of enterprise B2B sales and consultative solution selling, with the ability to independently manage and close complex, high-value deals. The role requires the candidate to own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and stakeholder management to solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and final closure—with large enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the regional P&L;, including revenue growth, profitability, sales targets, and overall business performance.
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue expansion across the region, with a strong focus on enterprise and strategic accounts.




- Own and close large, complex deals end-to-end, from chance identification and discovery to solutioning, commercial negotiation, stakeholder alignment, and closure.
- Build and manage relationships with CXO, senior management, and key decision-makers across large enterprise clients.
- Lead consultative sales conversations by understanding customers' business and operational challenges and positioning relevant digital logistics, connected fleet, IoT, and telematics solutions.
- Develop and manage a healthy regional sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, sales governance, and target achievement.
- Lead, mentor, and drive the performance of the regional sales team while also maintaining strong individual contribution in strategic/large deals.
