About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and distribution growth across the assigned region.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in paper, stationery or a closely related distribution-led industry, with a strong understanding of distributor, dealer and retail networks.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can build the market, develop channel partners, drive sales and take ownership of regional revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Develop, appoint and manage distributors,



dealers and channel partners.
- Expand market coverage by identifying and onboarding new distributors and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers and key retailers.
- Drive both primary and secondary sales across the region.
- Develop regional sales strategies based on market potential and business objectives.
- Monitor distributor performance, inventory, outstanding payments and overall channel health.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activity and market opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to increase product penetration and distribution.
- Work closely with the internal team on product launches, trade schemes, promotions and channel initiatives.
