About the Role

Key Focus: Platform Architecture, CSDM/CMDB, Integration Strategy, Governance & Security

Responsibilities
- Architecture & Strategy: Design end-to-end technical solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps. Define and enforce the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) structure. Build architectural roadmaps aligned with enterprise goals and upcoming ServiceNow platform releases.
- Integration & Customization: Architect complex integrations via IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and web services. Standardize development patterns using Flow Designer, App Engine, and upgrade-safe scripting (JavaScript/Glide).
- Governance & Leadership: Establish an Architectural Review Board (ARB) to maintain platform health and code quality. Lead technical discovery workshops and translate business needs into technical designs.



Mentor developers and lead deployment strategy via Update Sets, App Repo, or CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow core framework, domain separation, and scoped app development.
- Integrations: Expertise in OAuth2, JWT, SSO/SAML, REST, and third-party enterprise tools (AWS, Azure, Workday, SAP).
- Methodologies: Robust background in ITIL v4, Agile, and DevOps practices.
- Soft Skills: Executive communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.

Required Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Preferred Skills
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) across key modules (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM)
