SAP FI-AR Functional Consultant | Dubai | Contract Position Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Experience: 6+ Years (Preferred) SAP FI-AR / FSCM Consultant (Dubai Real Estate Projects) Key Skills: - SAP FI-AR (Accounts Receivable) - FSCM: Dunning, Credit Management, Collections - EBS, PDC Management & Cheque Bounce Handling - IFRS 9 ECL - UAE VAT & FTA e-Invoicing - SAP RE-FX exposure (Lease Management, RERAPP, Service Charge Settlement, IFRS 16) - SD/PS Integration, Data Migration & Cutover Mandatory Domain Experience: - Experience working on Dubai/UAE Real Estate projects with Property Developers, Leasing, or Property Management companies. - Robust understanding of Property Sales, Installment Collections, RERA Escrow Processes, Tenant Billing, and Service Charge Settlements. - Key Deliverables: - Configure and implement FI-AR/FSCM processes. - Support Real Estate receivables, collections, and escrow-related requirements. - Execute testing, migration, cutover, and go-live support.
