nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented Service Innovation Standards Assistant to support our Service Innovation Programme. The role will focus on Microsoft Word and Excel template configuration, document formatting, proofreading, quality assurance, version control and maintaining consistent document standards.

- Configuring and maintaining Microsoft Word and Excel templates, styles and formatting standards.n
- Producing, formatting and proofreading high-quality business documentation.n
- Ensuring consistency with corporate branding and programme standards.n
- Managing document trackers, version control and document libraries.n
- Supporting quality assurance, review cycles and continuous improvement.n
- Using AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve drafting and document-production efficiency.n
