Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate Software Engineer Salesforce, to drive the development, deployment, support, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions across Production and non-Production environments. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce development,



Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities), Agile practices, and governance.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary technical expert for Salesforce engineering operations, ensuring platform stability, scalability, compliance, and high-quality delivery while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:
Provide day-to-day support for Production and non-Production Salesforce environments of Artemis ( Clinical Artwork tool) within the Amgen Regulated environment.
Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Lightning Platform (Aura and/or LWC) and understanding of core Salesforce configuration capabilities.
Experience with MuleSoft, including supporting APIs, monitoring integrations, reviewing logs, and troubleshooting connectivity or data flow issues between Salesforce and external systems like Veeva.
Support integrations between Salesforce and external platforms like V
