Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Own and manage the engineering delivery of digital products, customer-facing applications, and enterprise technology platforms.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, technical leads, and architects, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Drive Agile delivery practices across engineering teams and ensure effective sprint planning, execution, release management, and continuous improvement.
Build and develop high-performing engineering teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured career development initiatives.
Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technology standards.
Establish engineering performance dashboards and track key delivery metrics, quality metrics, productivity indicators, system reliability, and customer experience measures to drive data-driven decision making.
Manage complexity with a logical, analytical, and outcome-oriented approach.




Build succession plans and strengthen technology capabilities within the engineering organization.
Experience

8-10 years of experience in software engineering, application development, and technology leadership roles.
Proven experience leading and managing teams of software engineers, technical leads, architects, and engineering managers.
Solid hands-on experience in web and mobile application development across the full software development lifecycle.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade digital platforms, customer-facing applications, and API-driven solutions.
Industry Preferred
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Relevant certifications in AWS, Cloud Architecture, Application Security, Agile Delivery, or Enterprise Architecture will be an added advantage.
