Oracle HCM Tier 1 Support – Payroll / HR / Recruiting / Talent

Position: Oracle HCM Tier 1 Support Consultant
Experience: Basic Oracle Payroll knowledge required

Position Summary
The position is a combination of Tier 1 support ticket handling and incoming call response for end users of Payroll, HR, Recruiting, Talent, and related HCM modules. The primary focus will be on providing functional support for Oracle Payroll and answering basic end-user questions related to payslips, tax elections, and related payroll activities in Oracle.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 functional support to end users across Payroll, HR, Recruiting, Talent, and related HCM modules.
- Respond to incoming end-user calls and support tickets in a skilled and timely manner.
- Provide basic functional assistance with Oracle Payroll-related questions.
- Answer basic questions related to payslips and payroll information in Oracle.
- Assist end users with basic questions regarding changes to tax elections in Oracle.




- Understand reported issues and provide appropriate first-level functional support.
- Escalate issues requiring additional functional or technical investigation.
- Maintain clear and professional written communication when responding to support tickets.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive end-user support experience.
- Work collaboratively with the HCM support team and build understanding of the broader HCM application footprint.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Payroll to support quick onboarding.
- Functional understanding of payroll concepts and common end-user questions.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle incoming calls and support tickets professionally.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in increasing understanding of a large HCM application footprint.
- Ability to work effectively with end users
