About the Role:
As Credentialing Team Lead,



you will lead a production-focused pod of Operations Analysts and Credentialing Specialists, owning the day-to-day execution of credentialing operations for your pod's clients. You will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring compliance and quality, and keeping your pod's work aligned with company-wide objectives. This role requires a balance of hands-on operational ownership, direct people leadership, and proactive problem-solving to keep your pod scaling effectively.
This is a high-visibility role that owns outcomes for a subset of clients and reports into the Credentialing Manager.
This is a fully remote role aligned to EST hours.
What You’ll Do:
Production Management & Business Continuity
- Own core operational metrics for your pod -- speed, quality, and efficiency -- ensuring SLAs are consistently met and quality remains high.
