About the Role
As Credentialing Manager,



you will lead multiple Team Leads and oversee the execution of credentialing operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards. You will be responsible for driving team performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight, hands-on operations leadership, proactive governance and risk management to scale our credentialing operations effectively.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that owns outcomes and supports a high-growth line-of -business.

Operational Oversight and Business Continuity
Own client health as a KPI, led by operating excellence and drive credentialing performance metrics ensuring SLAs are consistently met and quality remains high.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and increase automation adoption.
