We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager – Software Sales to join our in-house sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Marketing/Business Development Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase sales.
- Identify potential clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business discussions with prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closure, and follow-up .




- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the technical, implementation, and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Monitor team performance, review daily/weekly activities, and provide guidance to improve conversion rates.
- Set and track sales targets, KPIs, lead conversion, and revenue performance.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Participate in client meetings, industry events, networking activities, and business development initiatives.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to expand the company's customer base and enter new markets.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated through digital marketing and other campaigns.
