Digital Marketing & Lead Generation SpecialistContract Role | NU Branding | UAE & India
NU Branding is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence, with a strong focus on generating qualified business leads in the UAE.
This is not a purely social media posting role. We are looking for someone who can combine content, paid media, targeting, lead generation and performance optimisation to help NU Branding reach founders, business owners, developers, marketing heads and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage NU Branding’s social media presence, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Create and publish regular content including posts, carousels, Reels, case studies and campaign creatives.
- Work with the NU design team to develop high-quality advertising creatives.
- Build and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Instagram and Facebook.
- Create campaigns focused on lead generation, WhatsApp enquiries, website traffic and remarketing.




- Identify and target relevant UAE audiences including real estate developers, hospitality groups, corporate businesses, retailers and entrepreneurs.
- Continuously test different campaign messages, creatives, audiences and offers.
- Manage retargeting campaigns for people who engage with NU’s content, website or social profiles.
- Track incoming leads and evaluate lead quality.
- Coordinate with the NU management team to improve campaigns based on the quality of enquiries generated.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimise cost per qualified lead.
- Build and maintain custom audiences and remarketing audiences.
- Support LinkedIn lead-generation and outbound campaigns where required.
- Research UAE businesses, developers, brands and potential clients for targeted outreach.
- Monitor competitor agencies and digital marketing trends in the UAE.
- Prepare a easy weekly performance report covering spend, reach, engagement, leads, qualified leads and recommend
