About the Role
We are a lean, rapid-growing ERP business, and this role is built for someone who enjoys wearing more than one hat. The primary focus of the position is Odoo pre-sales — engaging prospective customers, understanding their business processes, running discovery sessions, and delivering compelling product demonstrations.
The role is also expected to invest a meaningful part of their week in generating new business — through offline visits, in-person networking, and account-based marketing (ABM) targeted at key accounts and territories. A specialist marketing agency already manages our digital presence (campaigns, social media, and inbound content); this role is responsible for the offline, relationship-led side of lead generation that a digital agency cannot do — face-to-face outreach, local market visits, and building direct relationships with target accounts.




The ideal candidate is equally comfortable running a polished Odoo demo for a CXO and knocking on doors to open a new account. Strong business process understanding, ERP functional knowledge, consultative selling, and confident communication are all essential.
For complex technical, integration, or domain-specific requirements, the candidate will work closely with Precision Pyramid's functional and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

o Own the end-to-end pre-sales process for Odoo ERP opportunities, from first conversation to solution proposal.
o Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges and requirements.
o Conduct discovery calls, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs.
o Deliver impactful, client-specific Odoo product demonstrations.
o Showcase business value, process improvements, and expected benefits of Odoo solutions.
