Scope of Work
Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs .
Build secure microservices with JWT authentication , validation, and error handling.
Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines.
Develop cloud-native solutions on AWS EC2 and IAM .
Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes .
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
Design and implement real-time streaming solutions using Apache Kafka .
Manage Kafka topics, partitions, consumer groups, and offsets.
Configure and maintain Kafka Connect integrations.
Build CDC pipelines using Debezium for MySQL/Aurora data capture.
Manage Schema Registry and schema evolution using Avro/JSON.
Develop stream-processing applications using Kafka Streams or Flink .
Monitor Kafka environments, including DLQs, consumer lag, and performance .
Support Kafka deployments on Confluent Platform or AWS MSK .





Mandatory Requirements
4+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development .
Strong knowledge of JWT authentication, validation, and exception handling .
Hands-on experience with MongoDB schema design, indexing, and aggregations .
Experience with AWS EC2 and IAM .
Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes .
Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
Robust understanding of DSA , including arrays, trees, graphs, hashing, and complexity.
Expertise in Apache Kafka , including topics, partitions, consumer groups, and offsets.
Experience with Kafka Connect source and sink connectors.
Knowledge of Debezium CDC , binlog capture, and GTID handling.
Familiarity with Schema Registry , Avro, and JSON schema evolution.
Experience with Kafka Streams or Apache Flink .
Knowledge of DLQ handling, lag monitoring, and Kafka tuning .
Exposure to Confluent Platform or AWS MSK preferred.
