Role Description The Information Technology Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mansa. The intern will assist in maintaining and monitoring local networks, hardware, and software systems used in manufacturing and office operations.



Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users with IT requests, and helping ensure network security and data integrity. The role also involves documenting IT processes, installing and updating systems under supervision, and coordinating with senior IT staff to improve infrastructure reliability. The intern will gain hands-on experience in an industrial environment, contributing to the smooth functioning of SRV Electricals’ technology landscape.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Information Technology concepts and basic IT support practices.
