What You'll Do:
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java 17 and above.
- Analyze and investigate existing codebases to identify transformation logic and improve application performance.
- Utilize AI coding assistants, including Claude Code and GitHub Copilot, to enhance coding efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and present findings to application Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Facilitate validation meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.
- Break down complex business flows, understand dependencies,



and investigate discrepancies to deliver effective solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:
- Robust experience in Java 17 and above.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java & Spring Boot
- Build and maintain microservices-based applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in code reviews and ensure coding best practices
- Code investigation skills, including the ability to analyze unfamiliar codebases quickly.
