Role Description
This is a full time in office role as a Desktop Support Engineer at Intopz Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru. The role involves providing technical assistance and support for desktop systems, hardware, and software issues.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop systems, hardware, software and MS office 365
- Laptop & Windows OS support, hardware troubleshooting, license, and security management
- Email provisioning, issue triaging, and policy compliance,



Office 365 suite support (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), MFA rollout
- Printer installation & support, AMC renewals for all hardware/software
- Vendor management (Invoice/Bills)for hardware/software.
- Internet, wireless, firewall maintenance and access issues
- Procurement support for laptops, monitors, peripherals, and networking gear
- Centralised asset management via Smartopz, vendor coordination, warranty/license renewals
- Backup & disaster recovery for critical data and mail systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus
