Role – Head of Sales
We are looking for an exceptionally strong, experienced, and result-oriented Head of Sales to lead our entire sales function and drive significant business and revenue growth.




This is a senior leadership position for a highly experienced sales qualified who understands not only how to manage sales teams, but also how and where to generate business, build sales strategies, increase revenue, solve problems, and create a high-performance sales organisation.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing multiple layers of sales leadership, including Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and large teams of Sales Executives/Counsellors. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing leaders and building a strong leadership pipeline.
We are looking for someone with deep sales expertise, strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, strong industry understanding, and the ability to take complete ownership of sales numbers and business growth.
