About the Role
Zyeta is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – MEP to lead the end-to-end delivery of MEP works across large-scale commercial interior fit-out and design & build projects.




The role will own project execution, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, contractor performance, MEP coordination, commissioning and client management , ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end MEP project execution from mobilisation through testing, commissioning and handover.
- Manage HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and other MEP services as applicable.
- Develop project execution plans, master schedules, look-ahead plans and recovery strategies.
- Monitor critical path activities and take timely action to recover project delays.
- Manage construction sequencing and coordinate MEP works with civil, interiors and other project workstreams.
- Resolve design, technical and interface issues between contractors, consultants and project teams.
- Manage design changes, variations and scope changes, assessing their impact on cost, schedule and r
